Terms

Payment Deposit: The Visitor will be asked to complete and sign a booking form and send with a payment of £250 deposit. The balance of your holiday to be paid six weeks before the start of your holiday date. Telephone reservations will be held for 7 days and confirmed once we receive your completed booking form and payment. Please send deposits and balance to Owners address as listed above.

Gas, Electricity and Telephone: There is no extra charge for gas and electric as this is covered by the rental price. Please note there is no telephone at the accommodation.

Linen: Linen is supplied to each room and includes: duvets, pillows, sheets, tea towels, towels and bath mats.

Arrival and Departure: Visitors may take up occupation after 3pm and must vacate the property by 10am on your departure day.

Damage: Visitors are asked to leave the property as they find it in a clean and tidy condition. Any damage or breakages are the responsibility of the Visitors. Please advise us of any breakages that occur ASAP.

Cancellation: Once the deposit has been paid, Visitors are liable for the charges of the holiday as a binding contract has been made between the holiday Visitor and the Owner. Any cancellation made by the Visitor (for what ever reason) shall be in writing. The effective date of cancellation is when written notification is received by the owner. The Owner will endeavour to re-book the holiday accommodation but a cancellation charge of £100 will be levied on the Visitor. if we are unable to re-book the accommodation, the Visitor will be liable for the full amount due even if the accommodation is not taken up.

Insurance: We recommend Vistors to obtaib their own holiday insurance.

Problems:  We hope that all visitors have an enjoyable time but in the event of a problem, the Visitor must contact the Owners immediately and we will do our best to resolve the problem ASAP.

Visitors Property: Although the property is covered by public liability insurance, we can not be held responsible for any injuries or loss beyond our reasonable control.

Right of Entry: The Owners reserve the right to enter the property at any reasonable time for the purpose of inspection or to carry out necessary repairs and maintenance.

Breach of Booking Conditions: Owners reserve the right to terminate the holiday without compensation if:

  • The booking conditions are not compiled with
  • At any time more persons are accommodated than the maximum stated for the property booked
  • any activity is under taken which may cause unreasonable damage, noise or disturbance
Unforeseen Circumstances: If in the unlikely event the property being unavailable, for reasons beyond our control, we will endeavour to find similar accommodation or give Visitors a complete refund. No further liability will be accepted.
